Cyber Security Compliance
The Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025 set out mandatory requirements for all in-scope smart products manufactured on or after 4 March 2026.
As a manufacturer of connected hot water and heat pump systems, Apricus is committed to meeting these standards and keeping our customers’ products secure.
Security Updates
We provide security updates, where applicable, for the products listed below throughout their defined support period. These updates may apply to the hardware, any preinstalled software, or the companion application required for normal operation. Support periods may be extended at our discretion.
Apricus All-In-One Heat Pump (Model: APHP-R290-260) — support period ends 31 December 2032.

Our connected heat pump systems are designed and supported to meet the mandatory security standards, with a defined support period through to 31 December 2032.
