Beginning as a small operation in Sydney NSW, Apricus has grown into a national business utilising an efficient distribution network with key stock and warehouse locations across the country. Apricus Australia’s distribution network now consists of 1500+ resellers.

Our Story

Apricus Australia is a pioneer and leader in evacuated tube technology, supplying state of the art solar hot water systems Australia-wide. Since 2005, hundreds of thousands of our award-winning systems have been installed in homes, apartment blocks, farms and commercial buildings from Perth to Bundaberg. Our goal is to provide optimised, energy efficient hot water solutions that save you money whilst reducing your carbon footprint.

Apricus Australia has been recognised numerous times for its service and product excellence: Apricus was a finalist for numerous Telstra Business awards, named in Smart company’s Smart 50 companies of Australia twice, was recognised by BRW’s as one of the Fastest growing businesses in the BRW Fast 100 awards as well as being a finalist in the BRW 50 Most Innovative Companies. In 2009 Apricus received the HIA-CSR Hunter Housing Industry Innovation Award and was recognised by the Wine Industry Suppliers Australia as the environmental and sustainability supplier of the year.

Manufacturing Facility

Apricus Australia manufactures all our own solar components in our production facility. Apricus Australia is the ONLY supplier of evacuated tube technology in Australia that does not OEM product from third party manufactures.

Standards

Apricus is regularly audited by European, Australian and local authorities to ensure adherence with product standards, labour laws, safety regulations and environmental requirements. We have obtained Australian Standards (AS2712:2002), SRCC (USA) and Solarkeymark (EU) certifications. Our factory is also certified to ISO9001:2008 management and production standards.
