Well I had a 400lt fail after 7 years and contacted APRICUS about replacing under warranty. It did take 4 working day to sort it out but they did. And I had a new stainless tank put in instead of the glass lined 400lt. It did cost me a little extra but that's fine it was my choice. Hannah and the team have honoured there warranty and that just what your wanting these days. So thanks Hannah for all your help with this. APRICUS keep up the good work👍 Steve kella.

I have had a 260 litre heat pump hot water system installed for around 2 months now. I did my due diligence and chose Apricus based on reviews (both of Apricus itself and related products that utilise its technology) and installer advice, having ignored cheaper options because of reports of poor customer service/response. In Apricus I have found quite the opposite, and in spades! I value quick responses and good service, and it has been nothing but exceptional. Besides, technically speaking the unit has performed very satisfactorily, and I have had the opportunity to check its extraordinary (and energy saving!) insulation. Not to mention that I am using it only on solar power, a perfect match. Being technically minded I have also found it fun to explore its operational details to extract maximum performance. I was experiencing issues with my system, with hot water running low and luke warm showers I would like to share the professionalism I experienced dealing with Apricus. Ros West communicated the entire process with my repair, sending me the required information and working with me in diagnosing the problem. Our heat tubes required replacing, and we are now back to hot showers with little reliance on the grid electricity. I can't thank Ros enough, and express my gratitude to Apricus management in standing by their product (a rare quality with companies these days).
